Factoring our invoices through OpenRoad has kept our cash flow going — especially during these hard times. The fees are reasonable without all the extra hidden costs that most factoring companies charge, and I get a live person every time I call.

As a small company and a small fleet we don’t have the volume to hire someone to manage our accounting, and that’s what I love about using the fuel card, its linked up directly with our factoring invoices and is deducted as it goes so we don’t receive a huge bill at the end of each week which is what we had to do previously, that takes the stress away from having to manage so much of the accounting and we can focus on what we are really good at which is transporting freight.
